The three-story building, deeply rooted in the area’s collective memory as a holiday resort, has been thoughtfully remodelled to breathe new life into its spaces while honoring the essence of local heritage. Preserving the building’s traditional character, the facade proudly displays characteristic arches that gracefully enclose the balconies of the 8 en suite rooms. Vertical wooden panels have been carefully integrated, enhancing the depth and framing the awe-inspiring view of the Peninsula from within. Delicate cubic protrusions serve as elegant connectors, seamlessly blending materials and colors to create a linear texture that captivates the eye. The main entrance, marked by local stone accents, offers a dynamic three- dimensional storytelling experience, inviting visitors to explore and immerse themselves in the project’s narrative.
