Project R01 Akadimias, an architectural masterpiece located on one of the most central streets of Athens. A building from the 1930s, offering an atmosphere of luxury within 91 square meters. Our dedication lies in highlighting its historical significance while preserving the philosophy of urban Athens. Respecting its heritage, we created a contemporary construction with unique aesthetic details. A space that harmoniously combines tradition with modernity, creating an environment of opulence, capturing the unforgettable Athenian essence of the past.
