Project R02-Kolonaki is located in the heart of Athens, featuring a 58-square-meter space designed for Airbnb. Emphasising the prestigious area of Kolonaki and central Athens, we utilised every possible corner of the existing residence. The result is a spacious layout with two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a generous bathroom that accommodates up to six guests. A soothing green color, reminiscent of the Greek olive tree, highlights our connection to Greece without being excessive. Experience a harmonious atmosphere in this unique urban retreat.
