Project R07-Glyfada is a luxurious 230-square-meter residence, built in 1990, located in Glyfada, offering stunning sea views. Our client requested a renovation to create an ultra-luxurious construction, adding a jacuzzi and outdoor gym areas to embrace the marvellous surroundings. The centrepiece of the house is the living room, where we designed a spacious fireplace and a new window that adorns the sea view. Using materials like wood and marble, we seamlessly integrated the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas through custom constructions, completing the overall vision of this exceptional residence.
